Finding time to take care of ourselves is not easy, our goal
is to help you incorporate fitness into your life in a way that is
successful for you. Exercise is more than just weight loss, workouts,
and diets - fitness is essential to our quality of life. A fit
lifestyle is a passion that we want to share with you.
Training Style: We believe in training for function and the optimal performance of daily tasks, activities, and interests. Focus is placed on balance, body weight exercises, core stability, and muscle strength and endurance. Most of our training uses free weights, balance balls, resistance bands, and body weight - not a lot of machines or heavy weight.
Why Our Work Inspires Us: We love helping people realize that small changes can equal big rewards when it comes to health. Being able to guide someone in changing their life is an unbelievably rewarding experience. Our mind and body are so connected, helping a client heal or become stronger mentally and physically, makes our job one of the best there is.
The benefits of personal training: Reaching beyond the health benefits gained from cardiovascular and strength training - personal training is a great way to find what type of exercise program will be successful for you and therefore maintainable and enjoyable! PERSONAL is so important. Individual or small group sessions insure that you get the one on one attention you deserve in a safe, efficient, and effective manner . Health benefits are great, but life changes are even better - a healthier AND happier YOU is success. Personal training is also a way to schedule your workouts, track goals, keep you accountable for positive changes, treat yourself to an hour of YOU time, and so much more.
Appointment details: Training appointments last an hour and include components of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Sessions can include circuit style training, metabolic training, yoga, pilates, core, and functional focus. All programs are designed to accommodate your needs and abilities. All of our programs are specific to the individual client and we will work together to make sure you are comfortable, enjoying your time, and also benefiting from the personal guidance. We always start with an initial assessment meeting - for us to get to know each other, discuss your wants and needs from a trainer, and to decide if we can make a good match for you.
